At TIW we have eight press brakes ranging from from 100-750 tons and up to 17 ft. of bed length. Each machine is equipped with CNC controlled back-gauges. Through accurate precision our press brakes can form, bend, and punch varying sheets of metal in ranging thicknesses.
Small Formed Parts
Formed - Sheet, 16 GA. A1011 flat pattern with bend reliefs—3 flanges formed up 90 deg.—Overall formed size is 2 in. x 2 in. x 2 ½ in., corner seams welded smooth (formed view on the right is painted)
Large Formed Parts
Forming - Stairs with formed steps using ⅛ in. 5052-H32 aluminum sheet
